Hi, I’m kimberly

Kimberly Allen brings a rare combination of strategic thinking, market expertise, and genuine care to every client relationship. With a professional background spanning residential sales, leasing, and brokerage management, she has built a reputation for guiding clients through complex transactions with clarity and confidence.

Her understanding of pricing strategy, contract negotiation, and market dynamics means her clients are always informed and never left guessing. Over the course of her career, Kimberly has led high-performing teams, managed large-scale residential communities, and negotiated hundreds of transactions. From overseeing the sales of more than 150 new homes as a Sales Manager to representing exclusive listings as a Washington-licensed broker, her results reflect both her expertise and her work ethic.

What sets Kimberly apart is her people-first approach. As a former business owner and community leader, she understands that real estate isn't just about property. It's about how you want to live. Whether she's working with first-time buyers, seasoned investors, or sellers ready for their next chapter, she brings the same integrity, focus, and commitment to every transaction.

Our new adventure

Marvin and Kimberly recently joined Windermere's Snohomish office, and the move made perfect sense. They live here, work here, and spend their weekends here. They are also active supporters of the local food bank, because taking care of the community goes beyond real estate. Growing their business where they call home is not just a strategy, it's personal.
